A little about me...

Branding_-_Elizabeth-92.jpg
What does therapy with me look like?

We are human and we all go through the big stuff.
Rather than go it alone, I will go on this journey with you
and walk beside you.

I'm not interested in a bandaid approach or following a

pre conceived step by step plan. I'm interested in collaborating with you so therapy resonates and feels
most effective for you.

Therapy with me looks very different depending on who you are and your interests. I have been known to spend sessions talking, using art, music, play, Penny (pictured), going for walks, stretching on the floor, whatever provides you with a safe and comfortable environment.

Penny, the resident pet therapist in training, will be happy to receive pats and belly rubs or nap in the corner. She is particularly talented and eating treats and snoring.

Art and music speaks to the parts of us that goes beyond words. It has the power to heal and move us in ways that words never could.

I enjoy spending my time at the beach with Penny, seeing live music,  playing piano and going on weekend adventures with friends to find nature tracks and swimming holes.

I'm greatly passionate about music and have a really wide taste from prog metal to indie, to hip hop, to classical and even opera!
